Mit über 250'000 Kursteilnehmenden in den letzten 23 Jahren ist sie Schweizer Marktführer. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n \\Projektmanager für Arbeitsintegration 100 % (m/w/d)\\ \\Deine neue Herausforderung:\\ Wir bilden monatlich ca. 30\\-40 Kursteilnehmende im Bereich Lagerlogistik sowie Detailhandel aus. Diese Grundkurse beinhalten jeweils ein Praktikum, wo das im theoretischen Teil des Kurses erlernte Wissen folglich durch die Praxis gefestigt wird. In dieser Funktion übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben: \* Vermittlung der Kursteilnehmer an Praktikumsstellen bzw. \\-geber \* Akquise von neuen Praktikumsgeber \* Betreuung wie auch Begleitung der Teilnehmer (als Coach und Koordinator) \* Reporting für die zuweisenden Stellen (Zwischen\\- und Abschlussberichte) \* Durchführung von Assessments an unseren Schulungsstandorte (vorwiegend ZH und LU) \* Besuche von Praktikumsgeber vor Ort zur Bindung der Partnerschaften \* Unterstützung im Verkauf Innendienst und weitere administrative Tätigkeiten \\An wen wenden wir uns?\\ Jemand, der... \* einige Jahre Berufserfahrung und eine solide Grundbildung vorweisen kann \* für die Akquise von Praktikumsstellen etwas Biss und Beharrlichkeit mitbringt \* im Idealfall aus dem Bereich der Personalvermittlung und / oder Job\\-Coaching kommt \* gerne mit Menschen verschiedenster sozialer und kultureller Herkunft zusammenarbeitet \* die organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte wie auch effizienteArbeitsweise zu seinen/ihren Stärken zählen darf \* sich auf die Reisetätigkeiten (ca. 20% des Pensums; in der CH) freut \\Was können wir dir bieten?\\ Wir bieten dir eine anspruchsvolle und vielfältige Tätigkeit mit vielen Möglichkeiten, dich zu entfalten und unsere gemeinsame Entwicklung voranzutreiben.
