Die Kantonsschule Seetal führt in Baldegg ein 6-jähriges Langzeitgymnasium und ein 4-jähriges Kurzzeitgymnasium. Beide Ausbildungsgänge führen zur eidgenössisch anerkannten gymnasialen Maturität. Angegliedert ist die Fachmittelschule mit den Profilen Pädagogik und Musik. Die Schule liegt im Grünen und ist optimal erreichbar. Sie hat ein ausgezeichnetes Schulklima und ein breites, innovatives Angebot. Die Kantonsschule Seetal umfasst ca. 450 Lernende und etwa 60 Lehrpersonen. Das «a» im Stellentitel steht für «alle». Persönlich, innovativ, überschaubar - dafür stehen wir an der Kantonsschule Seetal. Und wir bleiben in Bewegung: Mit der Pensionierung im Schulleitungsteam erhält das Untergymnasium erstmals eine eigene Leitung, Zuständigkeiten werden neu definiert. Sie bringen Ihre Ideen ein und gestalten den Wandel mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als Mitglied der Schulleitung übernehmen Sie die pädagogische und organisatorische Führung von 12 Klassen der drei untersten Jahrgänge im Langzeitgymnasium (UG1, UG2 und LZG1) sowie des 1. Jahrgangs des Kurzzeitgymnasiums (KZG1).
  • Sie pflegen den Kontakt zu den abgebenden Schulen im Rahmen des Übertritts und sind Anlaufstelle für Anliegen der Klassen, Eltern und Lehrpersonen.
  • Die Klassenlehrpersonen Ihrer Stufen begleiten Sie in ihren Aufgaben, führen Mitarbeitendengespräche und fördern eine gemeinsame pädagogische Haltung.
  • Die Planung und Organisation der Elternabende Ihrer Stufen, der Förderkurse sowie des tagesaktuellen Stundenplans und der Spezialstundenpläne gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie engagieren sich für Angebote und Projekte, welche die Gemeinschaft erlebbar machen, und unterrichten weiterhin in einem Teilpensum.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen universitären Masterabschluss sowie ein Lehrdiplom für Maturitätsschulen und bringen Unterrichtserfahrung auf Gymnasialstufe mit. Die Sekundarstufe I und ihre pädagogischen Schwerpunktthemen sind Ihnen vertraut.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits eine Schulleitungsausbildung abgeschlossen oder sind bereit, eine solche Ausbildung (z. B. CAS Schulleitung/Schulführung) im Verlauf der nächsten zwei Jahre zu absolvieren.
  • Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, insbesondere mit Lernenden der Sekundarstufe I, ihren Eltern sowie mit Lehrpersonen, und kommunizieren klar, wertschätzend und sicher.
  • Für Sie ist es Teil Ihrer Schulleitungsarbeit, Einsätze ausserhalb der regulären Unterrichtszeiten (z. B. Elternabende, Konferenzen, Schulanlässe etc.) zu leisten.
  • Wir freuen uns auf eine teamfähige, initiative und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit pädagogischer Grundhaltung, die Entwicklungen initiiert und gewinnbringend unterstützt.
