Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie übernehmen die operative Verantwortung in der Produktion.
  • Sie planen und steuern die Fertigungsabläufe hinsichtlich Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Sie führen und unterstützen die kleinen Produktionsteams während der Projektabwicklung.
  • Sie sind in engem Kontakt mit Konstruktion, Einkauf, externen Zulieferern und Montage.
  • Sie führen Tests durch und bewerten und dokumentieren diese.
  • Sie organisieren die Ressourcen\- und Kapazitätsplanung.
  • Sie initiieren die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Sie sind Verfahrensingenieur FH, Prozessfachmann, Prozesstechniker HF, Techniker HF Unternehmensprozesse, Betriebsfachmann, Maschineningenieur oder Maschinentechniker HF und haben sich über mehrere Jahre in einem industriellen Umfeld bewährt.
  • Sie erfassen komplexe technische Sachverhalte rasch und können daraus pragmatische, realisierbare Lösungen ableiten.
  • Sie handeln entscheidungsfreudig, setzen Prioritäten konsequent und behalten auch bei parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Sie sind vertraut mit interdisziplinären Teams und verstehen es, unterschiedliche Fachbereiche auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, verbindlich und mit hohem Umsetzungswillen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus; die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung in einem dynamischen Entwicklungsumfeld zu übernehmen, ist für diese Funktion entscheidend.
