Wir suchen per 01.02.2027, befristet bis voraussichtlich Ende September 2027, eine Mutterschaftsvertretung.

Aufgaben ##

  • Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene ab Oberstufe bis 25-jährig erhalten von Ihnen psychologische Unterstützung. Sie begleiten problematische Entwicklungsverläufe und unterstützen berufsintegrative Prozesse.
  • Sie führen Abklärungsgespräche, nehmen bei Bedarf klinische Einschätzungen und Diagnostik inkl. Durchführung testpsychologischer Verfahren vor und führen Kriseninterventionen, Beratungen und Psychotherapien durch.
  • Sie schaffen bei Bedarf den Zugang zu beruflichen Integrations- und Bildungsmassnahmen, spezialisierten Beratungsangeboten sowie medizinischen/psychiatrischen Dienstleistungen. Sie ziehen Bezugspersonen bei und pflegen eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachpersonen.
  • Sie tauschen sich in Ihrem Team regelmässig aus und stellen psychologische Fachberatung für externe Fachpersonen sicher. Sie führen psychologisch geleitete Gruppen und Gruppentherapien durch.

Profil ##

  • Masterabschluss in Psychologie und fortgeschrittene psychotherapeutische Weiterbildung
  • Methoden- und Fachkenntnisse zur Einschätzung von Adoleszentenkrisen, zur klinischen Einschätzung von psychischen Störungen sowie zur Anwendung von anerkannten psychotherapeutischen Verfahren
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Interesse an Fachberatung, interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und Mitarbeit bei Projekten
