Votre mission :

Au sein du département Assurance Qualité, vous contribuez activement au maintien et à l'amélioration du Système de Management de la Qualité. Véritable partenaire des équipes de production, de laboratoire et de développement produit, vous veillez au respect des exigences réglementaires et des bonnes pratiques tout au long du cycle de vie des produits.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Garantir le respect des exigences qualité et réglementaires applicables à l-entreprise.
  • Gérer les déviations, réclamations clients, non-conformités, investigations et plans d'actions associés.
  • Participer à la mise en place et à l'amélioration continue du Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ).
  • Rédiger, réviser et approuver la documentation qualité (SOP, instructions, formulaires, procédures).
  • Assurer le suivi des CAPA et vérifier leur efficacité.
  • Participer aux audits internes, audits fournisseurs et inspections réglementaires.
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l'application des bonnes pratiques qualité.
  • Participer à la qualification des fournisseurs et à l'évaluation des risques qualité.
  • Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration continue et au développement de la culture qualité au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité et proposer des actions d'optimisation.

Votre profil :

  • Formation supérieure en chimie, biologie, cosmétique, pharmacie ou domaine scientifique équivalent.
  • Expérience en Assurance Qualité au sein d'un environnement réglementé (cosmétique, pharmaceutique, dispositifs médicaux, chimie fine ou agro-alimentaire).
  • Bonne connaissance des référentiels qualité.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et excellente maîtrise de la documentation qualité.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière transverse avec différents départements.
  • Maîtrise du français ; la connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout.
  • Personnalité proactive, orientée solutions et amélioration continue.
