Für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes Unternehmen in der Baubranche im Grossraum Bern, suchen wir aktuell Unterstützung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung. Die Vakanz als qualifizierter/e Sachbearbeiter/in Debitorenbuchhaltung 80-100% dient als Unterstützung des bestehenden Finanzteams aufgrund eines internen Wechsels. Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung (Start auch per Januar oder Februar 2027 möglich) und soll im Rahmen eines Try&Hire-Modells besetzt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verantworten die Verbuchung und Kontrolle verschiedener Zahlungsströme sowie die Sicherstellung einer korrekten Finanzbuchhaltung 
  • Zahlungseingänge, Bankbewegungen, Rückerstattungen und Zahlungsdifferenzen bearbeiten Sie selbstständig und sorgen für eine lückenlose Kontenabstimmung
  • Das Debitorenmanagement umfasst die Überwachung offener Forderungen, Mahnläufe sowie die Bearbeitung von Inkasso- und Betreibungsfällen
  • Analysen, Kontrollen und Reportings unterstützen Sie mit hoher Datenqualität und wirken aktiv an Prozessverbesserungen sowie Systemanpassungen mit

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit anschliessender finanzspezifischer Weiterbildung mit oder Ähnliches mit
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, bestenfalls vertieft im Bereich der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Sie bringen bereits Erfahrung mit dem ERP Programm SAP mit, erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Reconciliation sind von Vorteil
  • Als Mitarbeiter/in sind Sie dienstleistungsorientiert als auch kommunikativ und beherrschen Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift
