Qualitätsmanager (m/w) 80\-100 %, Arbeitsort Chur

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Prozesse aktiv mitgestaltet und unsere Fachbereiche bei allen qualitätsrelevanten Themen kompetent begleitet.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitäts\- und Prozessmanagement sowie eine entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Anforderungen aus ISO 9001 sowie idealerweise ISO 13485
  • Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine stilsichere Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems inklusive QM\-Dokumentation und Qualitätsprozessen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner sowie externer Audits
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Reklamationen und Risiken sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmassnahmen (KVP)
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Qualitätsprüfungen und Produktqualifikationen
  • Unterstützung der Projekte und Produktionsbereiche bei qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Förderung einer nachhaltigen Qualitätskultur im Unternehmen

Deine Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine zuverlässige, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsbewusstsein und hast Freude daran, Verbesserungen aktiv voranzutreiben. Du verstehst es, komplexe Themen zu erfassen, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und den Fokus auf das Wesentliche zu legen. Mit deiner klaren, wertschätzenden Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe gelingt es dir, Mitarbeitende und Teams einzubeziehen, für Qualitätsthemen zu gewinnen und für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern. Dabei verbindest du einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch mit Pragmatismus und einem guten Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unseres Unternehmens.
