Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Quality Gates, Teilprüfungen und Erstartikelprüfungen im Produktionsumfeld
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Qualitätsthemen, Findings, EAPs, EOWLs und Aufträgen bis zur termingerechten Erledigung
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Flugzeugdokumentationen sowie Ausstellung von Flugberechtigungen und Herstellerzertifikaten
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsbeurteilungen an Teilen, Baugruppen und Kaufteilen sowie Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen
  • Förderung des Qualitätsverständnisses sowie Unterstützung und Begleitung von Prüfern im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards durch regelmässige Präsenz in den Produktionsbereichen

Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Polymechaniker, Automobilfachmann oder vergleichbar, Weiterbildung auf Niveau EASA Part\-66, Berufsprüfung oder HF von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrt sowie fundierte Kenntnisse von Qualitätsnormen, Luftfahrtvorschriften und Produktionsprozessen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B2
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Priorisierungsfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsstarke und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Teamfähige, offene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit bereichsübergreifendem Denkvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
