Responsabilità

  • Inserimento all-interno dell-area produttiva
  • Supporto nell'implementazione e mantenimento del Sistema di Gestione Qualità
  • Miglioramento degli standard e delle procedure di qualità
  • Redazione, aggiornamento e mantenimento della documentazione tecnica e qualitativa, tra cui istruzioni di assemblaggio, procedure operative, guide di lavoro, checklist, piani di controllo e report
  • Gestione del sistema documentale, assicurandone la corretta revisione, approvazione, archiviazione e distribuzione
  • Verifica del rispetto delle procedure e delle istruzioni operative all'interno dei processi produttivi
  • Collaborazione con il Manufacturing Manager per la preparazione di report, presentazioni e documentazione tecnica, e con i reparti Produzione, Qualità e Supply Chain
  • Controlli qualitativi su componenti, gruppi assemblati e macchine finite
  • Registrazione, monitoraggio e supporto nella gestione delle non conformità e delle relative azioni correttive
  • Aggiornamento e mantenimento della reportistica relativa a produzione, qualità e collaudi
  • Assicurazione della comunicazione efficace e di uno scambio costante di informazioni tra i diversi reparti aziendali
  • Supporto nell'individuazione e implementazione di opportunità di miglioramento dei processi e dei controlli qualitativi

Profilo

  • Diploma tecnico, laurea o titolo equivalente
  • Esperienza pregressa nell-ambito della qualità, in un ruolo di supporto operativo, maturata all-interno di un contesto industriale
  • Ottime capacità di redazione, revisione e organizzazione della documentazione
  • Capacità di analizzare le non conformità e individuare le opportune azioni correttive
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare degli applicativi Word, Excel e PowerPoint
  • Capacità di gestire contemporaneamente più attività, rispettando priorità e scadenze
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche e orientamento al problem solving
  • Attitudine al lavoro sia autonomo che in team
  • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
  • Precisione, organizzazione e proattività
  • Forte orientamento al miglioramento continuo e alla collaborazione tra funzioni aziendali
  • Preferibile residenza in zona
