À propos du poste ##

Nous recherchons actuellement un Spécialiste Logistique Assurance Qualité - Matières Premières expérimenté pour rejoindre un environnement de fabrication pharmaceutique et biotechnologique de premier plan à Viège, Valais. C-est une excellente opportunité pour un professionnel de la qualité ayant une solide expérience en BPF et une expérience avérée en qualification des matières premières, gestion des fournisseurs et activités de libération des matériaux.

Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé pour garantir la réception conforme, la qualification, la libération et la gestion des fournisseurs des matières premières tout en soutenant les opérations de fabrication conformes aux BPF.

Responsabilités principales ##

  • Effectuer la vérification des matières premières entrantes conformément aux procédures BPF applicables et aux normes de qualité.
  • Gérer la qualification et la libération des matières premières utilisées dans les processus de fabrication, y compris la vérification physique et les activités de libération dans le LIMS.
  • Établir, maintenir et surveiller les fournisseurs de matières premières approuvés, les SOP et les systèmes qualité.
  • Examiner et gérer les notifications de changement des fournisseurs et les alertes qualité.
  • Enquêter et gérer les écarts liés aux matériaux, les non-conformités et les contrôles de changement.
  • Surveiller et collecter les indicateurs clés de performance associés aux activités de qualification et de libération des matières premières.
  • Assurer une documentation et une gestion des données précises et conformes.
  • Escalader en temps utile les problèmes qualité critiques et les risques potentiels de conformité.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la production, le contrôle qualité, la chaîne d-approvisionnement et les fournisseurs externes pour assurer la continuité des opérations.
  • Soutenir les initiatives d-amélioration continue liées à la gestion des matières premières et aux processus qualité fournisseurs.

Qualifications requises ##

  • Licence en sciences de la vie, chimie, biotechnologie, pharmacie ou discipline scientifique apparentée.
  • Minimum 3 ans d-expérience confirmée en assurance qualité dans l-industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique.
  • Solide connaissance des réglementations BPF et des systèmes qualité.
  • Expérience avec :
  • Qualification et libération des matières premières
  • Gestion de la qualité des fournisseurs
  • Écarts, CAPA et contrôles de changement
  • LIMS et systèmes qualité électroniques
  • Évaluation des risques qualité
