En tant qu'ingénieur qualité, vous serez responsable d'assurer et d'améliorer continuellement les normes de qualité à travers des projets complexes de construction et d'ingénierie, en soutenant toutes les activités liées à la qualité depuis l'exécution du projet jusqu'à la remise finale. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projet, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants, vous effectuerez des inspections et des audits, gérerez la documentation qualité et veillerez au respect des spécifications techniques

Description

  • Promouvoir et maintenir une forte culture qualité avec une approche "Bien du Premier Coup" à toutes les phases du projet.
  • Soutenir le Responsable Qualité Projet dans la mise en œuvre et l'exécution des processus et normes qualité.
  • Assurer la conformité aux systèmes et procédures de gestion de la qualité spécifiques au projet.
  • Fournir formation et conseils aux équipes internes et sous-traitants sur les exigences qualité et les outils numériques de qualité.
  • Enquêter sur les non-conformités, écarts qualité et défauts, tout en coordonnant les actions correctives et préventives.
  • Réaliser des inspections qualité, audits et évaluations sur le terrain tout au long de l'exécution du projet.
  • Surveiller et vérifier la conformité aux Plans d'Inspection & de Test (PIT), spécifications et exigences du projet.
  • Examiner et maintenir la documentation qualité, les registres d'inspection et les registres de contrôle.
  • Suivre et évaluer la performance qualité des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
  • Participer aux inspections de projet, activités de test, points de contrôle et processus de remise.
  • Soutenir la préparation et la révision des plans qualité, méthodes et soumissions techniques.
  • Produire des rapports qualité et indicateurs de performance pour les parties prenantes du projet.

Profil

  • Diplôme de licence ou supérieur en ingénierie (génie civil, mécanique, électrique, industriel ou disciplines connexes).
  • Expérience préalable en assurance qualité ou contrôle qualité dans les environnements de construction, infrastructure, industriel ou ingénierie.
  • Une expérience sur des projets complexes et multidisciplinaires est fortement souhaitée.
  • Solide capacité à interpréter des plans techniques, spécifications et documentation d'ingénierie.
  • Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de la qualité et les plateformes numériques de gestion documentaire.
  • Bonne compréhension des normes industrielles, codes et principes d'assurance qualité.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Solides compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais ; l'allemand est un atout important.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des systèmes courants de gestion de projet/contrôle documentaire.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et orienté résultats avec la volonté de prendre des responsabilités, résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive et faire un effort supplémentaire lorsque nécessaire dans des environnements de projet à rythme soutenu.
