Quality Engineer Process \& New Product Development

MISSION

› Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les techniciens et contrôleurs qualité pour le déploiement des améliorations sur le terrain.

› Identifier les pièces critiques et leurs côtes critiques en collaboration avec la R\&D et l\’IQC.

› Définir et documenter les contrôles à effectuer en production et sur les composants entrants pour les nouveaux projets.

› Participer au développement des équipements de test (définition des contrôles, simulation de défauts, validation des tolérances) en lien avec les départements Automation, Mécanique et R\&D.

› Analyser les réclamations qualité (retours marché, EOL et anomalies)

› Collecter les données, alimenter et analyser les indicateurs qualité process de son périmètre, et proposer des actions d'amélioration au Team Leader

PROFIL

› Formation niveau Bachelor ou equivalent

› 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste équivalent

› Excellentes connaissances du français et de l'anglais, autres langues un plus (DE, IT)

› Maîtrise des outils de résolution de problèmes (8D, Ishikawa, 5P, etc.)

› Minutieux et organisé

› Esprit d’analyse, prise d’initiative et proposition d’amélioration
