Willkommen bei inova Personal AG

Für unseren Kunden, ein internationales und modernes Unternehmen mit dem Standort in Tägerwilen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung mehrere Kundenberater - Call Center Agent/in 50-100%.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führen und Protokollieren von eingehenden Telefongesprächen im technischen Bereich
  • Unterstützung und professionelle Beratung der Kunden
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Störungen im 1st-Level-Support
  • Optimierung des Kundenportfolios, erkennen von Verkaufsmöglichkeiten (Sales, Up- und Cross-Selling)
  • Arbeitszeiten: Mo – So/Feiertage: 07:00 – 24:00 Uhr
  • Intensive Schulung (3 Wochen zu 100%) bei vollem Gehalt
  • Kundenorientierte, freundliche Produkt- und Dienstleistungsberatung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im technischen Kundensupport, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie eine hohe technische Affinität und rasche Auffassungsgabe.
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, fortgeschrittene EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Gutes Telekommunikationsverständnis und gute Kommunikation
  • Verkaufs- und Beratungsaffinität (Sales, Up- und Cross-Selling)
  • Sprachgewandt, motiviert, technisch versiert, flexibel und zuverlässig
  • Verfügbarkeit zu 100% während der Schulungsdauer von 3 Wochen
  • Schichtbereitschaft: Sie werden jeden zweiten Sonntag und überwiegend am Abend und Wochenende eingeplant
  • Akzentfreies Deutsch sowie CH-Deutsch Verständnis
  • Italienisch, Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
