Nous recherchons un(e) opérateur(trice) en fraisage pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à la réalisation de pièces de qualité au sein de notre département fraisage.

Régleur fraisage

Votre mission :

  • Mettre en place et régler les machines de fraisage conformément aux spécifications techniques.
  • Effectuer des inspections visuelles et dimensionnelles des pièces usinées pour garantir leur conformité aux normes de qualité.
  • Programmer les paramètres de fraisage pour optimiser l'efficacité de la production.
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive des équipements pour garantir leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production pour résoudre les problèmes techniques et améliorer les processus.
  • Respecter les normes de sécurité et les protocoles de travail pour maintenir un environnement de travail sûr.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience professionnelle significative dans le réglage de machines de fraisage (Willemin Macodel), dans l’industrie horlogère.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de lecture de plans et de spécifications techniques.
  • Capacité à effectuer des réglages fins avec précision et minutie.
  • Connaissance des matériaux utilisés en horlogerie et de leurs propriétés.
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à prendre des décisions rapides.
  • Souci du détail et engagement envers la qualité.
