Manufacture indépendante et familiale, \& Cie SA fabrique depuis plus d’un siècle des cadrans de haute qualité pour les plus grandes marques suisses de l’horlogerie.

Afin de compléter nos équipes, dans notre site de Boudry, nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e:

Régleur sur presse (H/F) -----------------------------

Vos missions

  • Réaliser les réglages et mises au point des équipements de production
  • Assurer les changements de série et les démarrages de fabrication
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement des moyens de production et intervenir en cas de dérive technique
  • Apporter un support technique aux opérateurs
  • Réaliser les contrôles qualité liés aux réglages effectués
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des procédés, équipements et standards de travail
  • En charge de la frappe et découpe des cadrans et appliques de manière autonome en assurant la qualité de votre production
  • En charge du réglage et de a production des machines à souder les pieds de cadrans Ruetschi

Votre profil

  • CFC de polymécanicien ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement industriel de précision, idéalement horloger
  • Solides compétences en réglage et mise au point d'équipements de production (Presse EMG, machine à souder Ruetschi, Redresseur Soprem)
  • Esprit d'analyse et capacité à résoudre les problèmes techniques
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation
  • Esprit d'équipe et orientation qualité
