Suchen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle mit strategischem Weitblick? Als erfahrene:r Real Estate Asset Manager:in, prägen Sie mit strategischem Gespür und kreativer Handschrift die Weiterentwicklung unseres Bestandesportfolios wie auch Projektentwicklungen und positionieren die Immobilien der Intershop durch innovative Konzepte wirkungsvoll im Markt.

Ihren Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Führung und die betriebswirtschaftlichen Resultate für ein Teilportfolio mit Fokus auf Gewerbe\-, Büro\-, Wohn\- und Industrieimmobilien
  • Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von überzeugenden Objektstrategien, welche im Rahmen von Businessplänen dargestellt werden
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Realisierung des Entwicklungspotenzials im Rahmen grosser Sanierungs\- und Bauprojekte (inkl. Neubauten, Umnutzungen, Redevelopment, Repositionierung etc.)
  • Beobachtung der regionalen Immobilienmärkte und Erkennung von ganzheitlichen Chancen und Risiken zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Liegenschaftsperformance
  • Bewertung von Liegenschaften
  • Unterstützung bei Immobilientransaktionen im DD\-Prozess mit Objekt\- und Markteinschätzungen sowie Festlegen deren Objektstrategien
  • Pflege und Ausbau unserer Branchenkontakte

Ihr Profil

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche und/oder bautechnische Ausbildung mit Masterabschluss (Fachhoch\-/ Hochschule) sowie eine ergänzende immobilienwirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (MAS Real Estate Management o.ä.) oder gleichwertiges Ausbildungsniveau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Asset oder Investment Manager:in, idealerweise mit fundiertem Know\-how im gewerblichen und institutionellen Immobilienbereich des Schweizer Immobilienmarktes
  • Unternehmerisch denkende und ergebnisorientierte Person, die Herausforderungen positiv angeht und mit kreativem Geist Lösungen erarbeitet und diese überzeugend vertritt
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Analyse und Zusammenfassung komplexer Sachverhalte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von konventionellen und finanztechnischen Bewertungsmethoden (bspw. DCF)
  • Freude am interdisziplinären Arbeiten mit verschiedenen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, vernetzt und kreativ zu denken
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Selbstständigkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
