Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Kunden empfangen, betreuen, bewirten und in die Besprechungszimmer begleiten
  • Buchung / Verwaltung und Zuteilung der Besprechungszimmer in der Kundenzone
  • Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung interner sowie externer Telefonanrufe
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden E\-Mails sowie Erteilung von telefonischen Auskünften
  • Bearbeitung der eingehenden und ausgehenden Post
  • Diverse Administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Protokollierung von Externen Gästen und Mitarbeitern, Zutrittskontrolle, etc.

Ihr Profil:

  • 2\-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Funktionen (z.B. Gastronomie, Hotellerie)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Kunden und Dienstleistungsorientiert
  • Arbeitsbeginn jeweils ab 06:30 . Je nach Beschäftigungsgrad variiert die tägliche Einsatzdauer. Gelegentliche Einsätze in der Mittel\- oder Spätschicht zur Ferien\- oder Abwesenheitsvertretung werden vorausgesetzt.
