Das ist der Job #

  • Koordination von Interviews und Assessments zwischen Kandidat:innen, Hiring Managern und Partnern - auch wenn Kalender voll sind und sich Prioritäten kurzfristig verschieben
  • Empfang und Betreuung der Kandidat:innen vor Ort, damit sie sich bei Eraneos von Anfang an gut aufgehoben fühlen
  • Saubere Daten und reibungslose Abläufe in Workday: Bewerbungen erfassen, Status pflegen, Einladungen und Absagen versenden sowie Reportings vorbereiten
  • Unterstützung in der Organisation von Karrieremessen, Hochschulanlässen und internen Recruiting-Events sowie Mitwirkung bei Stelleninseraten und LinkedIn-Beiträgen
  • Rückhalt für das Recruiting-Team im Tagesgeschäft - mit eigenen Ideen, wie sich Abläufe schlanker gestalten und beschleunigen lassen

Dieser Job ist für dich, wenn #

  • Du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium, eine HR-Assistenz-Weiterbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mitbringst.
  • Du erste Erfahrung in HR, Recruiting oder einer Assistenz- bzw. Koordinationsfunktion gesammelt hast, gerne in einer Beratung oder Agentur.
  • Dienstleistung für dich selbstverständlich ist: Anfragen beantwortest du rasch, behältst bei vielen parallelen Terminen den Überblick und bleibst freundlich, wenn es hektisch wird.
  • Du sorgfältig arbeitest und mit Personendaten diskret umgehst.
  • Du stilsicher Deutsch und gut Englisch (mind. B2) sprichst und schreibst.
