Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons actuellement un / une : \\Rectifieur / Tourneur CNC (H/F)\\ \\Poste fixe \\\| Mécanique de précision \\\| Canton de Neuchâtel\\ Vous êtes passionné·e par la mécanique de précision et appréciez le travail sur des pièces techniques nécessitant rigueur, précision et savoir\\-faire ? Pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise industrielle spécialisée dans la mécanique de haute précision, nous recherchons un·e \\Rectifieur / Tourneur CNC\\ capable d'intervenir de manière autonome sur différentes technologies d'usinage et de rectification. Vos missions ------------ Au sein d'un atelier de production, vous assurez la fabrication et la finition de composants mécaniques de précision, en intervenant notamment sur les opérations suivantes : \* Réaliser des opérations de \\rectification plane, double face et extérieure\\ sur des équipements de précision. \* Effectuer des opérations de \\tournage CNC sur des matériaux durs\\, dans le respect des exigences techniques. \* Assurer les réglages, les mises en train et le suivi de production des différentes machines. \* Lire et interpréter les plans techniques ainsi que les spécifications de fabrication. \* Réaliser les contrôles dimensionnels et géométriques des pièces usinées. \* Garantir le respect des tolérances, des exigences qualité et des délais de production. \* Participer à l'optimisation des procédés de fabrication et à l'amélioration continue. Votre profil ------------ \* Titulaire d'un \\CFC de polymécanicien·ne\\, de mécanicien·ne de précision ou d'une formation jugée équivalente. \* Plusieurs années d'expérience en \\rectification et en tournage CNC\\, idéalement dans un environnement de mécanique de haute précision. \* Bonne maîtrise des techniques de rectification plane, double face et extérieure. \* Expérience dans l'usinage de matériaux durs, un véritable atout. \* Excellentes connaissances en lecture de plans et en contrôle dimensionnel. \* Capacité à travailler de manière \\autonome\\, de la mise en train jusqu'au contrôle final. \* Personnalité rigoureuse, méthodique, polyvalente et dotée d'un bon esprit d'équipe.
