Tu veux développer activement la Suisse romande. Tu veux gagner des projets et influencer directement le chiffre d-affaires et la part de marché. Tu travailles volontiers avec architectes, planificateurs et entreprises d-exécution. Ce poste te correspond.

Notre client est bien établi dans le domaine de l-isolation. Les produits sont largement utilisés dans la construction bois, les façades, la plâtrerie et la toiture. Le marché romand est en développement ciblé. Tu reprends un portefeuille clients existant et tu le développes activement.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Durant les 6 à 12 premiers mois, tu développes activement ton réseau en Suisse romande.

  • Tu développes activement plusieurs projets jusqu-à leur réalisation et renforces la présence auprès des clients existants et nouveaux.
  • Tu assumes la responsabilité de la Suisse romande et développes ton secteur de manière ciblée.
  • En tant que professionnel expérimenté (charpentier, menuisier, façadier, couvreur, etc.), tu conseilles les clients existants et développes de nouveaux contacts.
  • Tu collabores avec des architectes, des bureaux d-études, des partenaires commerciaux et des entreprises de mise en œuvre.
  • Tu gères les projets, de la demande initiale jusqu-à la réalisation sur le chantier.
  • Tu identifies les potentiels du marché et les transformes systématiquement en contrats.
  • Tu organises tes activités de manière autonome et définis des priorités claires.
  • Tu tiens ton pipeline CRM à jour.
  • Tu analyses le marché et la concurrence et en déduis des mesures concrètes.
