Einleitung

Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operativen Serviceabläufe in der Region Nordwest
  • Führung eines rund 65-köpfigen Service-Teams im Innen- und Aussendienst, inkl. Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Verantwortung für Budget und Kostenstellen der regionalen Serviceorganisation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der regionalen Leitung und aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung
  • Umsetzung der regionalen Service-Strategie
  • Mitarbeit und Leitung nationaler Serviceprojekte
  • Regelmässige Kommunikation mit Privat- und Geschäftskunden, schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Prozesse
  • Koordination zwischen Service und Verkauf
  • Service-Controlling anhand relevanter Kennzahlen
  • Förderung einer starken, kooperativen und offenen Teamkultur

Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik/HLKSE oder vergleichbar, ergänzt durch fachliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildungen
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Customer Service, Technical Service, Disposition oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Aftersales eines technischen Unternehmens
  • Fähigkeit, Teams durch Veränderungsprozesse zu führen und Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln
  • Strategisches und gleichzeitig praxisnahes Denken
  • Kommunikative, durchsetzungsstarke und inspirierende Leadership-Persönlichkeit
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicher im Umgang mit modernen IT-Systemen (z.-B. Windows, Excel, ERP-Systeme)
