Job Description ##

Behördenmanagement & Regulatory Affairs

  • Überwachung, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Behördenanfragen
  • Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und professionellen Kommunikation mit Behörden
  • Übersetzung regulatorischer Dokumente und Anfragen ins Englische
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung aller relevanten Vorgänge im Compliance-System

Kommunikation & Koordination

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Testlaboren, Lieferanten und internationalen Standorten
  • Koordination von Produktanalysen sowie Versand und Verwaltung von Produktmustern
  • Bereitstellung und Verwaltung relevanter Konformitätsnachweise wie Konformitätserklärungen und Prüfzertifikate
  • Unterstützung bei technischen und regulatorischen Fragestellungen

Compliance & Produktkonformität

  • Unterstützung bei behördlichen Audits und Inspektionen
  • Prüfung technischer Dokumentationen hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit und regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Einholung und Koordination externer Compliance-Dienstleistungen
  • Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen auf europäischer und nationaler Ebene
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Produktsicherheits- und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen

Projekte & Schulungen

  • Mitarbeit an internationalen Compliance- und Regulatory-Projekten
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen für Fachabteilungen und internationale Teams
  • Unterstützung bei Reklamationen, Produktrückrufen und Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung interner Prozesse und Standards

Analyse & Administration

  • Erstellung von Compliance-Auswertungen, Reports und Management-Übersichten
  • Dokumentation regulatorischer Fälle und Überwachung relevanter Fristen
  • Verwaltung von Verträgen, Dienstleistern und Rechnungen
  • Organisation von Meetings sowie administrativen Abläufen innerhalb des Teams

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) oder eine vergleichbare technische bzw. juristische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs, Produktsicherheit, Qualitätsmanagement oder Compliance
  • Fliessende Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung in internationalen und interdisziplinären Arbeitsumgebungen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Interesse an regulatorischen Entwicklungen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig erfolgreich zu koordinieren
