In dieser Funktion tragen Sie dazu bei, die regulatorische Compliance unserer Medizinprodukte sicherzustellen und die erforderlichen Voraussetzungen für deren Entwicklung, Herstellung, Vermarktung und Vertrieb auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene zu schaffen. Dabei unterstützen Sie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems und begleiten unsere Produkte über ihren gesamten regulatorischen Lebenszyklus.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems gemäss ISO 13485
  • Erstellung und Freigabe von Qualitäts\- und Regulierungsdokumenten sowie technischer Dokumentation gemäss MDR (EU) 2017/745
  • Planung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits, Inspektionen und Konformitätsbewertungen
  • Vigilanz, Post\-Market Surveillance, Produktregistrierungen und regulatorische Prüfung von Produktänderungen
  • Unterstützung im Risiko\-, CAPA\- und Abweichungsmanagement sowie Beratung interner Stakeholder und Kontakt mit Behörden und Benannten Stellen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Bachelorstudium in Medizintechnik, Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Quality Management oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung oder Praktika in Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs oder einem regulierten Umfeld
  • Grundkenntnisse in ISO 13485 und MDR sowie Erfahrung mit technischen oder qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Dokumenten\- oder QMS\-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Lernbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
