Greutol AG, dont le siège principal est à Otelfingen ZH, est l'un des principaux détenteurs de systèmes d'isolation thermique extérieure. L'entreprise développe et produit en Suisse des mortiers, enduits et peintures, et distribue des systèmes d'isolation thermique par l'extérieur. En tant que partie intégrante du groupe international FIXIT, Greutol AG emploie environ 30 collaborateurs et possède des succursales à Laupen/BE, Bex/VD et Wilen près de Wil/TG.

Nous recherchons pour notre site de Wilen près de Wil/TG, immédiatement ou selon accord, un/e engagé/e et qualifié/e

Représentant commercial / Conseiller technique pour la région de Langenthal/Soleure et Bâle-Campagne

Vos principales tâches :

  • Vente active de l'ensemble de la gamme de produits
  • Conseil et suivi de la clientèle existante (entrepreneurs généraux et de construction, architectes, entreprises de plâtrerie et de peinture)
  • Acquisition de nouveaux clients
  • Gestion active des projets
  • Gestion et entretien actif du système de gestion des projets
  • Conseil complet sur les produits et leur application ainsi que soutien dans l'établissement des devis et des offres
  • Surveillance des débiteurs
  • Consolidation et promotion de la position sur le marché dans le cadre des activités de vente
  • Planification autonome des interventions et approche au niveau client

Conditions idéales pour cette fonction :

  • Apprentissage achevé en tant que maçon, plâtrier ou peintre avec plusieurs années d'expérience pratique est une condition préalable ; une formation complémentaire en tant que chef de chantier, contremaître ou maître est un atout
  • Une première expérience en vente ainsi qu'une formation réussie en tant que spécialiste de la vente avec certificat fédéral, technicien commercial avec certificat fédéral ou équivalent sont souhaitables
  • Goût pour la vente et le conseil en solutions techniques de construction
  • Personnalité d'équipe, orientée vers le succès, ambitieuse et dynamique, qui pense et agit de manière entrepreneuriale
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, attitude professionnelle et engageante, sens de la négociation ainsi qu'un haut degré de motivation personnelle et d'autonomie
