  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein professionelles Requirements Engineering in unseren Plattform\-Projekten und schaffst die Grundlage für nachhaltige und erfolgreiche Systemlösungen
  • Gemeinsam mit internen Business\-Stakeholdern und Systemarchitekt:innen erfasst, strukturierst und priorisierst du Anforderungen auf Systemebene und führst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zu tragfähigen Lösungen zusammen
  • Mit deinem Know\-how unterstützt und berätst du die Fachbereiche bei der Definition und Ableitung von Anforderungen und sorgst für transparente sowie nachvollziehbare Entscheidungen
  • Durch die Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im Requirements Engineering sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer ALM\-Plattform Polarion stärkst du den nachhaltigen Wissenstransfer und förderst die effiziente Zusammenarbeit
  • Mit deinem strukturierten Vorgehen bringst du Klarheit in komplexe Zusammenhänge und gestaltest Business\-Prozesse im Umfeld des Systems Engineerings aktiv mit, um Effizienz, Transparenz und Qualität nachhaltig voranzutreiben

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit

  • Du verfügst über einen erfolgreichen Abschluss auf Stufe FH oder Universität in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Fachgebiet
  • Dank deiner fundierten Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering oder in der Business Analyse, idealerweise in einem mechatronischen Umfeld, bewegst du dich sicher an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technik
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Fachbereichen bei der Erarbeitung, Spezifikation und Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit und verstehst es, unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse in klare Lösungen zu überführen.
  • Eine Zertifizierung im Requirements Engineering, beispielsweise nach IREB Foundation Level, ist von Vorteil
  • Mit gängigen Entwicklungsmodellen wie ASPICE beziehungsweise dem V\-Modell bist du vertraut und verstehst deren Anwendung im Systems Engineering Umfeld
  • Agile Arbeitsweisen wie SAFe, Scrum oder Kanban sowie ALM\-Tools wie Polarion, DOORS oder Jama sind dir bekannt und gehören idealerweise bereits zu deinem Arbeitsalltag
  • Deine Affinität für qualitativ hochwertige Produkte sowie dein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein motivieren dich, gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern die bestmöglichen Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Du kommunizierst mühelos und professionell in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
