Principales responsabilités ###

  • Conception, synthèse et caractérisation de nouvelles molécules photoactives permettant des matériaux haute performance utilisés dans des applications d'affichage de pointe telles que LCD, OLED, AR/VR,-
  • Développer et optimiser les voies de synthèse pour améliorer le rendement, la pureté, l-évolutivité et la durabilité.
  • Réaliser des expériences en laboratoire de manière autonome tout en maintenant une documentation précise
  • Caractériser les matériaux synthétisés à l-aide de méthodes analytiques telles que RMN, HPLC, spectroscopie UV-Vis, DSC et autres techniques d-analyse thermique
  • Analyser les données et préparer des rapports techniques et des présentations.
  • Collaborer avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire, les équipes de formulation et d-application pour évaluer la performance des nouveaux synthèses dans les systèmes liés à l-affichage.
  • Soutenir les activités de montée en échelle et le transfert technologique aux équipes de développement des procédés lorsque nécessaire.
  • Effectuer des recherches bibliographiques et de brevets pour identifier les technologies émergentes et les développements concurrents.

Votre profil ###

  • Master en Chimie, Technologie Chimique ou discipline scientifique apparentée.
  • Au moins 2 ans d-expérience professionnelle en chimie synthétique/préparative, de préférence en environnement R&D industriel.
  • Solides connaissances en chimie et technologies chimiques, avec expérience en synthèse et caractérisation de matériaux organiques ou fonctionnels.
  • Expérience pratique des techniques analytiques (par ex. RMN, HPLC, UV-Vis, DSC) et interprétation des données analytiques.
  • Capacité à préparer une documentation technique claire et à communiquer efficacement les résultats scientifiques.
  • Joueur d-équipe autonome avec une forte capacité d-analyse, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l-anglais et de l-allemand.
