Il Responsabile della Gastronomia è una figura centrale per la gestione del marketing e delle strategie di vendita del settore.

Mansioni

  • Coinvolgimento nell'implementazione delle strategie di vendita, marketing e comunicazione con concetti nuovi e miglioramento di quelli presenti
  • Analisi di indicatori chiave (KPI) per la valutazione della performance del settore identificandone punti forti da sviluppare e margini di miglioramento
  • Controllo e sviluppo dei processi di trasformazione, produzione merce e vendita
  • Responsabilità di progetti locali legati alla ristorazione
  • Gestione e negoziazione con fornitori
  • Gestione di un team di lavoro
  • Mantenimento della rete di contatti interna/esterna all'azienda nel suo ambito di lavoro
  • Supervisione del laboratorio di produzione pasticceria (gestione personale e budget)
  • Partecipazione a riunioni di coordinazione interna (anche a livello nazionale)

Competenze

  • Bildung: Studente (università/SUP/SSS)
  • Specializzazione: Alberghiera
  • Esperienza lavorativa: 5 anni Posizioni manageriali nella ristorazione
  • Facilità nell'uso dei principali sistemi e applicativi informatici
  • Spiccate doti di leadership nella gestione del team
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone doti comunicative
  • Italiano (C2\)
  • (C1\)
