Face à une activité croissante et des projets stratégiques en constante évolution, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe dédiée à la gestion des applications du système d-information médico-technique. Rejoignez-nous pour contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue de nos services et accompagner notre développement.

Missions principales

Dans le cadre de la gestion du système d-information médico-technique du domaine du laboratoire, vous serez chargé-e de :

Gestion et exploitation des applications :

  • Planifier, organiser et assurer l-exploitation courante d-un portefeuille d-applications supportant les activités du laboratoire.
  • Coordonner la maintenance évolutive des applications en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles.
  • Assurer la liaison entre les utilisateurs, les équipes informatiques et les fournisseurs.
  • Développer des interfaces et des scripts pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels spécifiques.

Documentation et support :

  • Rédiger, mettre à jour et gérer la documentation relative aux solutions logicielles, en partenariat avec les parties prenantes métiers.
  • Fournir un support de 2ème niveau et servir de relais vers le support 3ème niveau (fournisseurs).
  • Participer régulièrement au service de piquet du système d-information pour garantir la disponibilité et la continuité des services.
  • Contribuer activement aux projets de l-HFR en lien avec le système d-information, en apportant votre expertise et vos recommandations.

Votre profil :

  • Formation supérieure (HES/EPF/Uni, brevet fédéral) en informatique ou équivalent
  • Expérience dans la gestion technique d-applications et en coordinations d-intervenants
  • Bonnes connaissances en SQL
  • Compétences en développement de scripts et en intégration de solutions logicielles
  • Avoir une expérience professionnelle dans une institution de soins constitue un plus
  • Rigoureux-se, consciencieux-se et résistant-e au stress
  • Dynamique et ayant le sens des responsabilités
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, sens de la communication et esprit analytique.
  • Langue maternelle français ou allemand avec de très bonnes connaissances de l-autre langue et de l-anglais (technique)

Verantwortliche/r Anwendungen (Labor) 80-100 %

Infolge eines steigenden Tätigkeitsvolumens und sich ständig weiter entwickelnder strategischer Projekte möchten wir unser Team im Bereich der Anwendungsverwaltung des medizintechnischen Informationssystems verstärken. Tragen Sie aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Dienste bei und begleiten Sie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Abteilung!

Hauptaufgaben

Im Rahmen der Verwaltung des medizintechnischen Informationssystems übernehmen Sie für den Bereich Labor folgende Aufgaben:

  • Verwaltung und Nutzung der Anwendungen:
  • Sie planen, organisieren und gewährleisten den laufenden Betrieb eines Portfolios von Software-Anwendungen zur Unterstützung der Labortätigkeit.
  • Sie koordinieren die entwicklungsbezogene Wartung der Anwendungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams der Technik und der Spitalabteilungen.
  • Koordination und Lieferantenbeziehungen:
  • Sie gewährleisten die Verbindungen zwischen den Nutzerinnen und Nutzern, den IT-Teams und den Lieferanten.
  • Entwicklung und Integration:
  • Sie entwickeln Benutzeroberflächen und Scripts für spezifische operative Bedürfnisse.
  • Dokumentation und Support:
  • Sie verfassen, aktualisieren und verwalten die Dokumentation der Software-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem entsprechenden Fachpersonal.
  • Sie leisten einen Second-Level-Support und sind Verbindungsperson zum Third-Level-Support (Lieferanten).
  • Sie beteiligen sich regelmässig am Bereitschaftsdienst des Informationssystems zur Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit und der Kontinuität der Dienste.
  • Mitwirkung an den IS-Projekten:
  • Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an den Projekten des HFR im Zusammenhang mit dem Informationssystem und steuern Ihr Know-how sowie eigene Empfehlungen bei.

Profil

  • Höhere Fachausbildung (FH / ETH / Universität, eidg. Fachausweis) in Informatik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Anwendungsverwaltung und der Koordination der betroffenen Akteure
  • Gute SQL-Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Scripts und in Software-Integration
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Gesundheitseinrichtung von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältiges und präzises Arbeiten, Belastbarkeit
  • Dynamik und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick und vernetztes Denken
  • Deutsch oder Französisch mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache und in (technischem) Englisch
