Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, acteur reconnu du secteur automobile en Suisse romande, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Après-Vente expérimenté(e) afin de piloter et développer l'ensemble des activités après-vente du site.

Responsabilités

  • Piloter et développer l'ensemble des activités du département Après-Vente.
  • Encadrer, fédérer et accompagner les équipes de l'atelier et de la réception après-vente.
  • Définir les objectifs du service et assurer leur suivi à travers des indicateurs de performance pertinents.
  • Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction clientèle et assurer la gestion des réclamations.
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'optimisation des prestations.
  • Contrôler la qualité des interventions réalisées et garantir une expérience client irréprochable.

Profil

  • CFC dans le domaine automobile (Mécatronicien(ne) automobiles ou formation équivalente).
  • Une formation complémentaire en management constitue un réel atout.
  • Expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire au sein d'un service après-vente automobile.
  • Expérience réussie dans la gestion et l'encadrement d'équipes.
  • Excellente maîtrise des processus après-vente et bonne connaissance du secteur automobile.
  • Forte orientation client et sens du service.
  • Aisance dans l'analyse des indicateurs de performance et la gestion d'un centre de profit.
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation, esprit décisionnel et capacité à fédérer les équipes.
