Nous souhaitons recruter un/e Responsable Assurance Qualité – poste fixe 100% – Francais \& Allemand

Mission : -------------

  • Conduite de l’équipe Assurance Qualité pour le département, avec gestion d’une équipe de 4 collaborateurs
  • Participation active au suivi de la qualité au sens large du terme
  • Organisation et mise en œuvre des audits de certification et réalisation des audits internes
  • Responsabilité HACCP en matière de processus et produits
  • Elaboration et mise en œuvre des plans d’échantillonnage et de contrôle des produits et de l’hygiène
  • Libération du développement de nouveaux produits et modifications de recettes
  • Elaboration et mise en oeuvre des formations internes dans les domaines de la qualité, de l’hygiène et du droit alimentaire
  • Conduite de projets d’amélioration de la qualité

Profil : ------------

  • Bachelor en Sciences alimentaires ou formation supérieure dans le domaine agro\-alimentaire obligatoire
  • Minimum 4\-5 années d’expérience à un poste similaire en industrie agroalimentaire obligatoire,
  • Expérience en gestion opérationnelle d’équipe et gestion terrain des activités d’assurance qualité et contrôle qualité
  • Maitrise de l’HACCP
  • Flexibilité, capacité à travailler en équipe et très bon sens de l’organisation
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, la maitrise de SAP est un sérieux atout)
  • Esprit d’initiative et d’indépendance dans la gestion des dossiers
  • Qualités managériales reconnues, permettant d’imposer et de faire respecter de hautes exigences en matière de qualité
  • Compétences relationnelles et ouverture au dialogue
  • Ne seront considérés que les profils ayant de l’expérience dans le domaine agroalimentaire
