Vous assumez la responsabilité technique d'un bureau spécialisé dans les travaux de génie civil spécial, en accompagnant des projets complexes d'infrastructure.

## Tâches - Dimensionner de manière autonome des variantes d'entreprise pour fouilles, fondations, reprises en sous-œuvre et rabattements de nappe - Définir et piloter la stratégie technique de l'unité - Encadrer et développer l'équipe sur le plan technique - Élaborer des solutions techniques et méthodes d'exécution pour la phase de calcul - Garantir la conformité aux normes SIA, aux directives SUVA et aux standards internes - Promouvoir de nouvelles technologies telles que le BIM ainsi que l'optimisation des processus et des équipements - Représenter l'entreprise auprès des maîtres d'ouvrage, planificateurs, géologues et autorités

## Profil - Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie civil ou géotechnique (HES, EPF ou équivalent) - Expérience confirmée (10 ans et plus souhaités) dans la planification et la réalisation de projets de génie civil spécial exigeants en Suisse - Excellentes connaissances de la pratique du bâtiment suisse et des normes SIA pertinentes - Qualités de leadership naturelles, forte capacité de communication et esprit entrepreneurial orienté solutions - Maîtrise de logiciels spécialisés (DC-Software, Plaxis, Cubus, Autocad); connaissances SAP et BIM un atout - Français et allemand courants à l'oral et à l'écrit; anglais un atout
