Présent en Suisse romande et en Suisse alémanique, le Centre Patronal est une entreprise au service des entreprises et de l-économie privée, proposant notamment des prestations dans les domaines des assurances sociales, de la prévoyance professionnelle, du conseil juridique et économique ainsi que de la formation.

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, le Centre Patronal a intégré Trianon SA, société dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines et des caisses de pension. 

Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise en prévoyance professionnelle au service d-une clientèle entreprises et jouer un rôle clé dans sa fidélisation et son développement, tout en contribuant à l-élaboration de stratégies clients et produits ? Rejoignez nous en tant que responsable clientèle entreprises en prévoyance professionnelle (h/f).

Missions

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients entreprises par des actions ciblées et une approche proactive
  • Identifier et concrétiser les opportunités d-upselling et de cross-selling en fonction des besoins et de l-évolution des clients
  • Être l-interlocuteur de référence des entreprises clientes et de leurs dirigeants
  • Accompagner les clients et réaliser des présentations auprès de leurs collaborateurs
  • Apporter une expertise métier et soutenir les équipes commerciales dans leurs démarches auprès des clients et prospects
  • Identifier les besoins clients et les opportunités de développement 
  • Contribuer activement à la qualité de l-expérience client
  • Participer à l-élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies clients et produits

Votre profil

  • Excellente maîtrise du domaine de la prévoyance professionnelle (LPP)
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et le développement de relations avec une clientèle entreprises en prévoyance professionnelle
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles, de communication et de présentation, avec une réelle aisance dans la prise de parole en public
  • Facilité à établir des relations professionnelles de confiance avec des interlocuteurs de différents niveaux
  • Fort sens du développement commercial et capacité à identifier les besoins auprès des clients et les opportunités qui en découlent
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et esprit d-initiative
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-anglais et/ou l-allemand, un atout
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité en fonction des besoins des clients.
