Responsable comptable ( 1 an)

Responsabilités :

  • Piloter le service de comptabilité et garantir la fiabilité, l’exactitude et l’intégralité des données et états financiers.
  • Superviser les clôtures et le bouclement annuel, l’établissement des comptes ainsi que le suivi de la trésorerie et des aspects fiscaux.
  • Superviser et faire évoluer le système de contrôle interne (SCI), suivre les recommandations d’audit et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Assurer un rôle de partenaire financier auprès de plusieurs activités transversales, notamment à travers l’analyse des coûts, le suivi budgétaire et le reporting financier.
  • Piloter la planification budgétaire, élaborer et suivre les tableaux de bord et indicateurs financiers, analyser les écarts et proposer les mesures correctives.
  • Piloter et optimiser l’organisation du service comptable, en évaluant la charge de travail, la répartition des tâches et les besoins en ressources.
  • Améliorer les processus et outils comptables et financiers, notamment par la simplification, l’automatisation et l’amélioration du reporting et de la comptabilité analytique.
  • Accompagner et conseiller les équipes sur les enjeux comptables et financiers et contribuer aux projets transversaux ayant un impact financier.

Profil :

  • Diplôme fédéral d'expert comptable ou diplôme fédéral d'expert en finance et controlling
  • Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en comptabilité
  • Expérience préalable dans le secteur public, un atout?
  • Rigueur, organisation et capacité d'adaptation
  • Ecoute, communication et esprit de collaboration
  • Sens des responsabilités, discrétion et confidentialité
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et du système comptable One 200
