Ton défi

  • Responsabilité professionnelle pour QI/FATCA/CRS et la conformité fiscale des clients pour VPBLI et les sociétés du groupe VP Bank
  • Surveillance réglementaire pour QI/FATCA/CRS et la conformité fiscale des clients pour VPBLI et les sociétés du groupe VP Bank
  • Représentation de la VP Bank dans les groupes de travail de l-Association des Banques FL
  • Réalisation de contrôles dans le cadre des processus d-intégration, de revue et de revue déclenchée par un événement
  • Réalisation du contrôle interne (IKS)
  • Traitement et réponse aux demandes concernant QI/FATCA/CRS et la conformité fiscale des clients
  • Réalisation des contrôles 2LOD pour les rapports annuels
  • Soutien à la mise en œuvre professionnelle des questions fiscales internationales
  • Création et mise à jour continue de fiches d-information, guides, descriptions de processus, instructions de travail, formulaires clients et normes de groupe

Ton profil

  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le domaine de la conformité fiscale (QI, FATCA, AIA) ainsi que dans le soutien des divisions commerciales en matière de conformité fiscale requise
  • Connaissances d-Avaloq sont un avantage
  • Capacité d-assimilation rapide, méthode de travail autonome et orientée solution ainsi que capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des sujets complexes sous forme de concepts pratiques
  • Méthode de travail précise et fiable
  • Forte motivation et résistance au stress
  • Très bonnes compétences en communication
  • Maîtrise assurée de l-allemand ainsi que très bonnes connaissances orales et écrites en anglais
