Depuis 1968, Karl Morf AG crée orientation et sécurité grâce aux marquages et signalisation. En tant que l'une des entreprises de marquage leaders en Suisse, l'entreprise réalise environ 6 000 projets par an. Ceux-ci vont d'un simple parking à un chantier autoroutier.

Nous avons été mandatés pour trouver une personnalité forte en leadership et entrepreneuriale pour la région d'Argovie. Vous prenez en charge une tâche polyvalente avec la responsabilité globale du site d'Oberentfelden.

Vos tâches ####

  • Responsabilité globale de la gestion opérationnelle, du personnel et économique de l'agence Argovie, y compris la gestion du budget, des résultats et de la charge de travail
  • Disposition, planification quotidienne et hebdomadaire en étroite collaboration avec le bureau technique
  • Planification des interventions des 8 à 10 collaborateurs, ainsi que des équipes de marquage
  • Conseil et accompagnement de la clientèle existante ainsi que la prospection ciblée de nouveaux contrats et leur suivi jusqu'à la mise en œuvre réussie
  • Entretien et développement des relations avec les communes, villes et autres partenaires
  • Assurance de la qualité, des délais et de la sécurité au travail

Votre profil ####

  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans une fonction de direction opérationnelle, idéalement dans un environnement artisanal, technique ou proche du bâtiment
  • Personnalité de leader reconnue avec une communication claire, engageante et pragmatique
  • Volonté de vous familiariser avec la technique de marquage, la signalisation et les normes pertinentes
  • Orientation marquée client et marché ainsi que plaisir à l'acquisition
  • Connaissance du marché public un atout
  • Bonne compréhension des contextes économiques, budgets et indicateurs clés
  • Talent organisationnel et méthode de travail autonome et orientée solutions
