Office des constructions | 100% | Coire et régions ##

L'Office des constructions représente, en tant que service spécialisé en construction du canton des Grisons, les intérêts du canton en tant que propriétaire immobilier et/ou maître d'ouvrage et est responsable de toutes les prestations de gestion immobilière. Cela comprend la structuration du portefeuille immobilier, la planification, la réalisation et la gestion des biens immobiliers ainsi que les conseils. Nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord un/e responsable d'objet/-trice Services des installations Régions. En tant que responsable d'objet/-trice Services des installations, vous bénéficierez d'un environnement de travail ouvert à Coire ainsi que dans les régions, d'opportunités attrayantes de formation continue et d'une possible flexibilité pour la famille et les loisirs.

Votre domaine de responsabilités

  • Assurer une haute disponibilité des infrastructures et bâtiments cantonaux ainsi qu'une prestation efficace et sans heurts des services nécessaires
  • Responsabilité de la coordination, de la direction et de la planification du personnel ainsi que de la facturation et du contrôle des travaux et services d'entretien liés à la gestion des objets dans le portefeuille attribué
  • Planification et gestion des tâches spéciales concernant les objets attribués
  • Soutien aux gestionnaires d'objets pour une direction et une exécution correctes des travaux de nettoyage et d'entretien des structures des bâtiments ainsi que des espaces extérieurs
  • Soutien aux gestionnaires d'objets pour la coordination des interventions de prestataires externes (par ex. artisans, entreprises de nettoyage, etc.)
  • Participation active à la prestation des services et à l'amélioration continue des processus existants

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Formation achevée dans le domaine artisanal ou technique
  • Formation complémentaire de responsable en gestion et maintenance des installations (HFP) ou volonté d'acquérir cette formation
  • Grand sens des responsabilités et de la qualité
  • Disponibilité à intervenir techniquement
  • Esprit de réseau ainsi que méthode de travail autonome et orientée solutions
  • Bonnes connaissances des applications informatiques
