Afin de compléter notre équipe cantonale des soins infirmiers pédiatriques à domicile (SIPeD), nous recherchons un\-e :

Responsable d'équipe

TAUX D'ACTIVITÉ 60%, possibilité d'augmenter le taux par une activité d'infirmier\-ère terrain.RATTACHEMENT/LIEU Site LausanneMISSION Vous assurez la gestion d'une équipe d'infirmiers\-ères. Vous contribuez au recrutement et au développement des collabratrices et collaborateurs, ainsi qu'au bon fonctionnement du service. Vous supervisez la planification des interventions du personnel auprès de nos clients, qui présentent un handicap ou un état de dépendance physique ou psychique. Vous collaborez étroitement avec votre homologue responsable d'équipe, ainsi qu'avec la responsable de centre.

PROFIL

  • Bachelor of Science HES\-SO en Soins infirmiers ou titre jugé équivalent (Reconnaissance Croix\-Rouge pour les diplômes étrangers)
  • Expérience confirmée dans un service de soins pédiatriques
  • Formation en management, un atout
  • Expérience en management, encadrement et supervision d'équipe, un atout
  • Esprit d'initiative, facilité de communication
  • Bonne capacité d'adaptation face aux changements importants
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et à faire face aux situations de crise
  • Attitude positive, ouverture d'esprit, dynamisme et rigueur
  • Maîtrise des logiciels informatique courants
