La mesure AccEnt (Accompagnement en Entreprise) est un service du Centre vaudois d-aide à la jeunesse.

Depuis 2006, AccEnt accompagne des bénéficiaires du programme FORJAD sur mandat de la Direction de l-insertion et des solidarités du canton de Vaud. La mission des collaborateurs ·rices *AccEnt est d-accompagner ses bénéficiaires à la réussite de leur formation professionnelle par un suivi individualisé.*

Pour mener à bien sa mission, nous recherchons deux :

Responsable d'équipe

Votre rôle

En qualité de responsable d-antenne, vous assurez le pilotage des activités et le management d-une équipe d-une douzaine de collaborateur·rice·s. Sur délégation de la direction de service, vous êtes garant de la qualité des prestations, du bon fonctionnement de l-antenne et de leur adéquation avec le référentiel d-intervention AccEnt et les politiques publiques concernées.

À ce titre, vous :

  • dirigez, coordonnez et accompagnez votre équipe au quotidien, en veillant à la clarté du cadre, des responsabilités et des priorités et en favorisant une dynamique positive et constructive ;
  • garantissez la qualité des prestations, en assurez l-évaluation continue et veillez au respect du référentiel d-intervention ;
  • soutenez les collaborateur·rice·s dans leurs missions, favorisez le développement de leurs compétences et mobilisez leur participation et le recours à l-intelligence collective dans l-analyse des situations et la recherche de solutions ;
  • assurez la gestion des ressources humaines et financières de l-antenne, dans le respect des processus et règlements en vigueur ;
  • contribuez activement à la stratégie du service AccEnt en pilotant des projets locaux et en participant à des projets transversaux.

Vos compétences et expériences

  • Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine des sciences humaines ou d'une haute école spécialisée en travail social, complété idéalement par une formation de niveau DAS en direction d-institutions sociales ou titre jugé équivalent ; au minimum CAS en gestion d-équipe est exigé ;
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d-équipe et expérience dans l-accompagnement de jeunes en difficulté ;
  • Bonne connaissance du système de la formation professionnelle vaudois et de la politique sociale vaudoise, plus spécifiquement du programme FORJAD ;
  • Reconnu·e pour votre leadership, votre écoute, votre capacité à fédérer et votre aisance relationnelle, vous appréciez le travail d-équipe et savez faire vivre une dynamique collective;
  • Doué·e d-un très bon sens de l'organisation et de la communication, vous savez clarifier les enjeux, les analyser et les restituer avec clarté ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels (MS Office).

Lieu de travail : un poste à Lausanne et un poste à Vevey
