Nous vivons une ambiance de travail simple et collégiale avec une culture du tutoiement et des événements réguliers pour les collaborateurs. La participation, l'implication ainsi que la responsabilité individuelle sont très valorisées chez nous.

Le temps de travail hebdomadaire est de 42 heures pour un poste à 100 %. À partir du 1er janvier 2027, tous les collaborateurs bénéficieront uniformément de 25 jours de congés par an, les apprentis recevront 30 jours de congés. Les collaborateurs fidèles ont en outre la possibilité d'obtenir des jours de congé supplémentaires chaque année. Lorsque cela est possible sur le plan opérationnel, nous proposons le télétravail.

Pour le personnel spécialisé, nous nous référons aux directives du canton de Berne et payons des salaires conformes au marché. Tous les collaborateurs reçoivent un 13e mois. Selon le groupe professionnel, des allocations et rémunérations sont versées conformément à l'emploi.

Une caisse de pension propre très saine avec des plans d'épargne intéressants et une contribution attractive de l'employeur.

Nos propres équipes de restauration offrent dans tous les sites une cuisine fraîche et de saison à des prix avantageux. Des offres sportives, de loisirs et de formation favorisent la santé au travail.

La numérisation fait également son entrée chez Lebensart. Des outils modernes pour la gestion des clients et la collaboration font partie de notre quotidien professionnel.

Dans notre forge interne d'apprentissage, nous proposons continuellement des cours intéressants. De plus, nous soutenons généreusement les formations externes et misons sur un développement continu du leadership.

Dans notre entreprise diversifiée, nous offrons de nombreuses occasions de collaboration interdisciplinaire et d'échange - par exemple avec la journée de changement de poste et bien plus encore.
