Responsable d'Unité RH 100%, SUR PLACE

  • Direction personnelle et professionnelle ainsi que développement de quatre partenaires RH
  • Mise en œuvre et développement de la politique du personnel au niveau stratégique ainsi que gestion de projets
  • Responsabilité de l'ensemble du cycle de vie des employés pour un département d'environ 200 collaborateurs : du recrutement à l'intégration et au départ
  • Partenaire de réflexion pour les cadres sur tous les sujets liés à la planification du personnel et de la succession, au développement du personnel, à la gestion disciplinaire et au leadership
  • Gestion des absences de longue durée et soutien à la réintégration des employés
  • Participation active à divers projets RH ainsi qu'à l'élaboration et à l'optimisation des processus RH
  • Formation continue dans le domaine de la GRH (certificat fédéral de capacité RH ou bachelor) et au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction équivalente, idéalement dans un environnement industriel
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion
  • Connaissances approfondies du droit du travail suisse
  • Expérience avérée en gestion du changement et coaching
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, stratégique et connecté
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, digne de confiance et grande compétence sociale
  • Présence assurée, capacité de persuasion et esprit d'équipe
  • Affinité digitale et ouverture aux nouvelles technologies
  • Approche orientée client et service ainsi que méthode de travail pragmatique et axée sur les solutions
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (MS 365), connaissances SAP un atout

La maîtrise parfaite de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit est impérative. Vous disposez également d'excellentes connaissances en français.
