Vous gardez une vue d'ensemble - même lorsque l'agitation règne autour de vous. Au centre d'urgence, se rencontrent des personnes, des processus et différentes professions. Pour que tout fonctionne de manière fiable en arrière-plan, une administration organisée, prévoyante et proche de l'action est nécessaire.

  • En tant que point de contact central, vous reliez l'administration, la médecine, les soins et d'autres domaines internes et assurez un accompagnement administratif professionnel des patients.
  • Vous dirigez l'équipe administrative composée de 12 collaborateurs, favorisez leur développement et veillez à une forte cohésion.
  • Vous maîtrisez les processus administratifs, identifiez les potentiels d'optimisation et développez les structures et processus numériques.
  • Même en cas d'afflux important de patients, vous établissez les bonnes priorités et garantissez un fonctionnement sans accroc.
  • Vous combinez habilement votre rôle de leader avec une participation opérationnelle au quotidien.
  • Vous gérez les ressources, gardez un œil sur votre budget et la qualité, et en déduisez des mesures concrètes.
  • Avec l'équipe de direction interprofessionnelle, vous contribuez activement à façonner l'avenir du centre d'urgence.

Ce qui vous caractérise

  • Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion ainsi que le plaisir de soutenir et de développer les collaborateurs.
  • Vous possédez une formation de base commerciale ou médicale et une expérience professionnelle en milieu hospitalier - idéalement dans une fonction comparable.
  • Vous avez déjà suivi une formation en management dans le secteur de la santé ou êtes prêt à vous former en ce sens.
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée et autonome, pensez de façon prévoyante et agissez de manière orientée solutions.
  • La clarté, l'appréciation et le plaisir de la collaboration interprofessionnelle vous caractérisent.
  • Vous pensez de manière entrepreneuriale et digitale, remettez en question l'existant et participez activement aux changements.
  • Vous êtes prêt à travailler en service posté (services tardifs, services du week-end, sans services de nuit).
  • Au moins 26 jours de congé
