En votre qualité de Responsable du groupe Exploitation BT et Dépannage, votre objectif sera de garantir la disponibilité de la fourniture électrique sur le réseau de distribution basse tension et d’assurer les interventions d’urgence. L’unité Exploitation de l’Activité Distribution électricité a pour mission de garantir la gestion, la conduite et le dépannage du réseau HT/MT/BT, d’assurer la qualité du réseau et de concevoir des solutions innovantes destinées à la supervision et au contrôle du réseau et de ses ouvrages.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous serez notamment en charge de :

  • Garantir la continuité de l’alimentation électrique du réseau basse tension et arbitrer entre sécurité, continuité de service, travaux, maintenance et attentes des clients ;
  • Élaborer et proposer les politiques de dépannage et organiser leur mise en œuvre ;
  • Assurer la communication technique liée aux pannes et aux coupures planifiées ;
  • Organiser les activités du groupe ainsi que la gestion et le développement RH.

Votre personnalité et vos compétences -------------------------------------------

Vous êtes rigoureux·se, méthodique et doté·e d’un esprit d’initiative et d’équipe. Votre autonomie, votre sens aigu de l’organisation et de la planification ainsi que votre capacité à diriger un groupe sont des atouts essentiels. Vous savez vous adapter, résister au stress et gérer des situations complexes. Votre aisance en communication et votre capacité à convaincre vous permettent de réussir vos négociations. Sur le plan technique, vous maîtrisez les systèmes informatiques de conduite et de gestion du réseau, possédez des connaissances approfondies du réseau électrique, ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise des applications MS Office et des outils de calcul et de planification.

Votre parcours académique :

* Une formation d’ingénieur·e HES, une maîtrise d’électricien·ne de réseau ou d’installateur·trice électricien·ne est souhaitée.

Ce poste requiert également une participation au service de piquet et le permis de conduire catégorie B.
