Description de l'entreprise

L-Office scolaire de l-administration nationale du Liechtenstein (www.sa.llv.li) est responsable de la planification, du maintien et du développement continu du fonctionnement scolaire de toutes les écoles publiques ainsi que de la supervision des écoles privées au Liechtenstein, et soutient le gouvernement dans la surveillance des établissements d-enseignement supérieur. Nous sommes chargés de la préparation des affaires gouvernementales ainsi que de l-élaboration des bases juridiques et de planification, soutenons les écoles par divers services et assumons des tâches dans la coopération régionale et internationale.

Description du poste

Vous vous sentez à l-aise dans les domaines d-activité suivants :

  • Responsabilité de l-administration complète du personnel (personnel scolaire et enseignant)
  • Gestion de la comptabilité financière et administrative de l-Office scolaire
  • Élaboration, coordination et contrôle du processus budgétaire ainsi que contrôle des coûts
  • Participation à des projets RH pour le développement des processus
  • Collaboration proactive et communication avec les parties prenantes internes et externes

Qualifications

Ce poste requiert notamment :

  • Diplôme d-une haute école spécialisée ou formation équivalente avec spécialisation en finance et comptabilité, gestion du personnel ou paie
  • Expérience professionnelle et de gestion en finance et comptabilité ainsi qu-en budgétisation et contrôle
  • Connaissances approfondies en administration des salaires ; expérience avec Abacus un atout
  • Fort sens des chiffres et grande affinité informatique
  • Méthode de travail analytique, structurée et orientée solutions
  • Forte orientation service et excellentes compétences en communication
