Responsable de la qualité pré\-hospitalière (100%)

Le Service Protection et Sauvetage de la Ville de Lausanne (SPSL) est un service d'urgence composé de sapeurs\-pompiers professionnel\-le\-s, d'ambulancières et d'ambulanciers, du poste médical avancé, de la protection civile, de la police du feu et du centre de formation de La Rama. Ses entités sont opérationnelles 24h/24h. Le service d'ambulances est constitué d'une cinquantaine de collaboratrices et collaborateurs pleinement dédié\-e\-s à leur mission de secourir celles et ceux qui en font la demande. Suite au départ de notre collaboratrice, nous recherchons un\-e responsable de la qualité pré\-hospitalière.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Développer et effectuer les contrôles de la qualité des prestations médico\-techniques de l'entité Ambulance

Piloter la démarche qualité et en assurer l'analyse et le suivi, afin de garantir la conformité aux certifications acquises ainsi qu'aux nouvelles

Gérer les audits internes et suivre les audits externes

Assurer le suivi mensuel de la performance qualité

Assurer les interventions ambulance

Superviser les parties prenantes au processus

Profil

Diplôme fédéral d'Ambulancier\-ère ES ou titre jugé équivalent

Formation certifiante en management par la qualité de type CAS ou jugée équivalente

Certificat fédéral d'ambulancier chef des secours CEFOCA\-CSAM ou formation jugée équivalente, un atout

5 ans d'expérience au sein d'un établissement ambulancier

Expérience dans la gestion des processus qualité et d'analyse de données statistiques, un atout

Permis de conduire catégories B, C1, D1, code 121

Connaissance des outils bureautiques de base

Connaissance de l'application du système d'informatisation des données pré\-hospitalières du patient

Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel

Bonne maîtrise d'un outil de gestion des processus
