Description de l'emploi ##

La Direction générale de l'enseignement postobligatoire (DGEP) est chargée des formations qui se situent entre la fin de l'enseignement obligatoire et l'enseignement supérieur. Elle propose des formations au sein de 16 gymnases et 13 écoles professionnelles et regroupe plus de 3'400 collaborateurs·trices. Afin de venir renforcer l'Office de la formation professionnelle et continue (OFPC), nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e Responsable de la surveillance de l'apprentissage.

Responsabilités ##

  • Gérer la procédure de délivrance et de renouvellement des autorisations de former des apprentis (standards et particulières).
  • Être répondant des partenaires (commissaires professionnels, conseillers aux apprentis, parties au contrat d'apprentissage) concernant les thématiques en lien avec la surveillance de l'apprentissage.  
  • Collaborer à l'instruction de procédures en éventuel retrait/refus d'autorisation de former des apprentis. 
  • Promouvoir l'apprentissage auprès des entreprises non formatrices. 
  • Fonctionner comme commissaire professionnel-le remplaçant-e.

Qualifications ##

  • CFC d'employé-e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Formations en rapport avec la formation professionnelle (cours pour formateurs en entreprise, modules de formation du Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en formation professionnelle ou de Formateur d'adulte ou titre jugé équivalent utile à l'activité).
  • Permis de conduire et voiture.
  • Expérience professionnelle préalable dans un domaine similaire de 3 ans.
  • Bonnes connaissances de la formation professionnelle et des dispositions légales y relatives.
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation, capacité à gérer plusieurs activités en parallèle, autonomie.
  • Excellente connaissance bureautique.

L-Office cantonal d'orientation scolaire et professionnelle (OCOSP), qui a pour mission de favoriser l-intégration professionnelle et l-employabilité de toute personne en situation de choix de formation, lui est également rattaché, ainsi qu-une série de prestations destinées aux jeunes en transition ou allophones. Son but est d-ouvrir à toutes et tous les portes d-un projet personnel et professionnel pour amener le plus grand nombre à un titre de formation postobligatoire reconnu.
