  • Dirige et motive ton équipe vers le succès, tu établis le planning en fonction du chiffre d'affaires et de manière efficace
  • Encourage et développe chaque membre de l'équipe pour atteindre la meilleure performance et célébrer les succès ensemble
  • Accueille les clients en magasin et offre-leur, en tant qu'hôte, une expérience d'achat inoubliable
  • Assume la responsabilité de la caisse et de l'atteinte des objectifs
  • Présente les marchandises et aménage le magasin, y compris la vitrine

  • Formation achevée dans le commerce de détail, avec expérience en gestion et vente, de préférence dans le secteur textile
