Responsable de Production

Expérience confirmée en management de production, idéalement en environnement horloger, microtechnique ou mécanique

Leadership naturel, proximité terrain, capacité à fédérer

Vision organisationnelle, sens des priorités et orientation solutions

Aisance dans la gestion des flux, des délais et des problématiques opérationnelles

Capacité à structurer un atelier, optimiser les process et accompagner le changement

Communication claire, esprit d'équipe, fiabilité et engagement

Vous êtes le garant d'une production fluide, fiable et orientée qualité. Vous êtes le moteur de la production : présent sur le terrain, proche des équipes, garant de la qualité, des délais et de la fluidité des flux. Vous structurez, optimisez et faites évoluer l'organisation pour soutenir la croissance.

Vos responsabilités Piloter les ateliers de production et assurer une présence active sur le terrain

Organiser les charges, priorités, ressources et flux de fabrication

Garantir la qualité, le respect des délais et la stabilité des process

Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétence les équipes

Coordonner les activités avec les départements Méthodes, Qualité, Logistique et Industrialisation

Identifier les dérives, résoudre les problèmes techniques et sécuriser la production

Déployer des actions d'amélioration continue et optimiser les performances industrielles

Assurer le suivi des indicateurs (KPI), proposer des solutions et piloter les plans d'action

Contribuer à la structuration de l?atelier : organisation, standards, routines, communication
