? VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation achevée dans l'hôtellerie ou la gastronomie de haut niveau
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans la gastronomie haut de gamme, idéalement dans le domaine du fine dining ou étoilé Michelin
  • Expérience en gestion dans un poste similaire
  • Personnalité d'hôte marquée avec une présence naturelle et plaisir du contact personnel avec les clients
  • Très forte orientation service et qualité
  • Connaissances approfondies en matière de nourriture, vin et boissons
  • Apparence assurée, soignée et professionnelle
  • Compétences marquées en leadership, communication et organisation
  • Capacité à motiver une équipe, à la faire évoluer et à la diriger avec assurance même dans des situations exigeantes
  • Grand sens des responsabilités et forte initiative personnelle
  • Résistance au stress, flexibilité et pensée orientée solutions
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais ; autres langues étrangères un atout
  • Expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe internationale un avantage

? VOS TÂCHES

  • Responsabilité globale du déroulement opérationnel quotidien au restaurant La Brezza
  • Rôle actif d'hôte et prise en charge personnelle de nos clients nationaux et internationaux
  • Assurer un service de fine dining individuel, attentif et professionnel
  • Présence auprès des clients ainsi que détection et anticipation actives des souhaits des clients
  • Gestion professionnelle des demandes spéciales des clients, allergies, intolérances et réclamations
  • Assurer un déroulement fluide du service de l'accueil au départ
  • Responsabilité de la mise en place, de la culture de la table, de l'ambiance et de la présentation du restaurant
