Responsable des achats à 80\-100%

Vous ferez le lien entre les orientations stratégiques de la direction et leur mise en œuvre concrète sur le terrain. Vous deviendrez un maillon clé de notre stratégie de maîtrise des coûts, de conformité réglementaire et de durabilité, en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de nos divisions.

Vous mettrez en place et piloterez la gouvernance achats, en construisant avec l'ensemble des divisions une culture d’achats partagés, intégrant nos enjeux de performance, de durabilité et de conformité.

Vous déclinerez ces objectifs en un plan d'actions que vous suivrez dans la durée, diffuserez la politique et le manuel d’achats auprès du réseau de référent·e·s et de gestionnaires achat, garantirez leur compréhension et leur mise en œuvre opérationnelle ainsi que détecterez les opportunités d'optimisation des coûts et des processus.

En tant que force de mobilisation, vous animerez et soutiendrez ce réseau, en accompagnant chaque partie prenante d’achat dans son rôle. Vous organiserez des séances de partage d'expériences, clarifierez les rôles et organiserez le partage de pratiques et interviendrez en amont des phases d'acquisition pour en garantir la conformité, tout en maintenant un panel de fournisseurs qualitatif.

Enfin, vous produirez des analyses et indicateurs achats, et assurerez un reporting régulier à la Direction sur l'avancement et les besoins d'arbitrage.

Votre profil :

Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure (universitaire ou HES) en gestion/économie ou d'un brevet fédéral de spécialiste achat. Une certification en marchés publics suisses ( , IDHEAP) est un atout.

Vous justifiez de plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans les achats, incluant des responsabilités d'encadrement ou de coordination.

Vous savez fédérer vos interlocuteur·trice·s, défendre les règles achats avec fermeté et discernement, et transformer une orientation stratégique en actions mesurables. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques courants ainsi que les systèmes de type ERP, et savez structurer des données pour des tableaux de bord clairs.

Doté·e de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication, vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
