About Our Client ##

Notre client est un acteur international de premier plan disposant d'un réseau national de points de vente spécialisés. Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable des Ventes Romandie capable d'assurer la continuité des opérations tout en poursuivant le développement de la performance commerciale et managériale de la région. Une prise de fonction rapide est attendue afin de permettre une période de passation optimale avec la titulaire actuelle du poste.

Job Description ##

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ventes Suisse, vous êtes responsable d'un réseau d'environ 25 points de vente répartis sur l'ensemble de la Suisse romande. Ce rôle est avant tout un poste de management de terrain :

  • Vous consacrez environ 80 % de votre temps à la présence sur le terrain, à la visite des points de vente et à l'accompagnement des responsables de magasin.
  • Vous développez les compétences de vos équipes, les accompagnez dans leur performance et renforcez une culture de leadership de proximité.
  • Vous assurez le suivi opérationnel et commercial des magasins de votre région.
  • Vous pilotez les résultats et mettez en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs de performance.
  • Vous accompagnez les équipes dans les projets de transformation et de développement du réseau.
  • Vous participez au recrutement, à l'intégration et au développement des talents avec les RH.

Les 20 % restants sont consacrés à :

  • L'analyse des indicateurs de performance.
  • L'exploitation des données via Power BI et les outils de reporting.
  • La préparation des plans d'action commerciaux.
  • Les activités administratives et de coordination internes.

The Successful Applicant ##

* Expérience confirmée dans le management d'un réseau multi-sites en tant qu'Area Manager, Responsable Régional(e), Responsable des Ventes ou fonction équivalente. * Expérience acquise dans le retail spécialisé, le secteur médical, l'esthétique, l'optique, le luxe ou tout environnement orienté conseil et expérience client. * Solides capacités analytiques avec une parfaite maîtrise des KPI commerciaux. * Expérience significative de Power BI ou d'outils similaires. * Leadership terrain, capacité à coacher et développer des équipes diversifiées. * Excellentes compétences en communication et en conduite du changement. * Français courant et anglais niveau C1 minimum requis. * L'allemand constitue un avantage. * Forte mobilité et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers sur l'ensemble de la Suisse romande. * Personnalité autonome, pragmatique et orientée résultats. *
